Organise the request by system
Separate suspension, steering, braking and driveline requests before compiling your list. This makes it easier to review the purpose and installation position of each component. Use specific part names instead of grouping different components under a general chassis label.
- Suspension and steering components
- Braking components
- Driveline and wheel-hub components
Describe the installation position
Identify front or rear and left or right where applicable. State whether the request is for a complete assembly or an individual component. Include the OE reference and vehicle information so similar-looking parts can be reviewed against the actual requirement.

- Front or rear axle position
- Left or right side
- Assembly or individual component
Provide reference details
Share photos of the full part, labels, mounting points and connections. If you provide measurements, label the measurement points and units clearly. Visual similarity alone is not a final fitment confirmation. Retain the vehicle model, production year, engine information and VIN with the request.
- Labelled measurements with units
- Mounting and connection photographs
- Vehicle details and OE references
Build the purchasing list
Keep one row per requested item and identify quantities separately. Note any intended pairing or grouping in the order, without assuming that every component is supplied as a kit. Ask for the final item list and packing arrangement to be confirmed before ordering.

- One row per component
- Quantity and grouping requirements
- Confirmed item list and packing brief
